Paul Tatge, President of ACSI, was asked to design a broadcast satellite television network tying together a corporate headquarters with seven other major facilities, including the headquarters of all of their operating companies that were located in New York, Virginia, Illinois and Wisconsin.
Today this network now serves tens of thousands of employees at some thirty-two locations in the United States and five other nations. The Chairman uses the network because of the exposure it gives him to the work force.

Paul Tatge, President of ACSI, was asked to design a broadcast television satellite network to bring the company closer together through increased employee productivity, improved communication response time, and enhanced training throughout their national operations and sales network. The company felt that by distributing information quickly and to the right people they could improve their competitive edge. They wanted the ability to be able to communicate better with their customers. They wanted to promote the concept of "One Company, One Team".
