The ACSI team is led by Paul Tatge, President, who brings over twenty-five years of diverse managerial experience in program management, new business development, engineering, and operations within the telecommunication industry. Prior to founding ACSI, Paul was Manager of Satellite Services for American Hospital Supply Corporation, where he specialized in the design and integration of telecommunication networks for hospitals nationwide.

Paul has also worked for Muzak as Vice President of Operations, where he was responsible for the design, implementation, and operation of Muzak's domestic program satellite distribution to over 200 franchise locations. Prior to Paul's work at Muzak, he was a Program Manager at Western Union, where he was responsible for the launch of Westar III.

Paul holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University, as well as a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Illinois. His professional affiliations include the Midwest Society of Professional Consultants, the Society of Satellite Professionals International, the Executives' Club of Chicago, and the Society of Telecommunications Consultants.
